At Enchantitude, every item is custom-made to order, which means we craft each piece individually with care, not mass-produced or pre-stocked.

Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before shipment.

During high-volume periods, production may take longer — up to 7–10 business days. We always work in strict chronological order to be fair to all customers.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your location.

Delays caused by customs, couriers, or holidays are outside of our control, but we will always support you in tracking and resolving them.

All orders include a tracking number. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates.

If your order is marked “delivered” by the carrier but you have not received it, please contact the local courier directly. We are not responsible for packages lost after delivery confirmation.

🔁 Refunds & Replacements
Because our items are customized, we do not offer refunds for:

Buyer’s remorse or mistaken orders

Delays caused by customs or couriers

Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
However, if your item arrives damaged or does not match your selected customization, we will gladly remake it at no cost or offer store credit. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We do not issue refunds while the order is still in transit. Your patience is appreciated while your handmade item makes its way to you.
⚠️ We do not allow refunds while keeping the product. If a refund is granted, the item must be returned in unused condition or the refund will be void.
✨ Embossing Quality Guarantee
Every embosser is carefully tested before shipping. We take detailed photos and videos of each piece during our final quality control to ensure it embosses cleanly and as intended before it leaves our workshop.
If your item arrives and you feel the embossing is not clear or faded, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

A photo of the embossing result (on paper)

A photo of the embosser itself

A brief description of the issue
We will compare it with our pre-shipment quality records to determine whether the issue is due to transit damage, user technique, or a factory defect.
In the rare case of a factory defect, we’re happy to offer a free replacement.
⚠️ We cannot offer refunds or remakes for embossing issues that were not present during our final QC check. Embossing quality can also vary depending on paper thickness, surface, and pressure applied during use.
📦 Some extra delays may occur during high-demand periods or holidays.

Our personalized book embosser is a unique product that requires specialized machinery to create the custom molds for each design and name. This special machinery technology does not yet exist in Europe or North America—it can only be sourced in Ningbo, China - where our small yet professional team of 12 dedicated craftsmen carefully manufactures each embosser as it's ordered.
