All our embossers are custom-built from scratch, based on the personalized top and bottom text you selected. This means each item takes time, care, and precision to produce — unlike mass-made products, ours are hand-finished to order.

Processing Times

Every order goes through careful, hands-on production to ensure your personalized embosser is made with precision and quality.

  • Standard Processing Time: 3–5 business days

  • In rare cases, during high-volume periods or unexpected backlogs, processing can extend to 8–10 business days

  • Shipping Time: 7–14 business days after dispatch

We’re a small team and doing our absolute best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, without compromising on the craftsmanship you deserve.

📬 Where’s My Tracking Info?

You’ll automatically receive a shipping confirmation email the moment your order leaves our workshop.

In the meantime, here are some answers to the most common questions:


Q: I never got an email after the order confirmation — where’s my order?
A: If you haven’t received tracking info yet, don’t worry — it simply means your order is still in our workshop and waiting to finish production.

If it’s been longer than expected, that likely means we’ve faced a temporary backlog or production delay. This can happen, but we always make sure every order goes out — just a little slower than usual at times.


Q: Should I open a PayPal or bank dispute if it’s taking long?
A: We kindly ask that you please contact us first. We are a small mother & daughter business, and every order is custom-made with your personalized text. If you file a dispute, we not only lose the money the bank refunds you — we also lose the product, since we can’t resell personalized items. That means we lose twice on your order.

Your order is important to us. We’re real people, doing our best — and we always reply to emails. ❤️

🔁 Refunds & Replacements

Because our items are customized, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or mistaken orders

  • Delays caused by customs or couriers

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

However, if your item arrives damaged or does not match your selected customization, we will gladly remake it at no cost or offer store credit. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

We do not issue refunds while the order is still in transit. Your patience is appreciated while your handmade item makes its way to you.

⚠️ We do not allow refunds while keeping the product. If a refund is granted, the item must be returned in unused condition or the refund will be void.

✨ Embossing Quality Guarantee

Every embosser is carefully tested before shipping. We take detailed photos and videos of each piece during our final quality control to ensure it embosses cleanly and as intended before it leaves our workshop.

If your item arrives and you feel the embossing is not clear or faded, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • A photo of the embossing result (on paper)

  • A photo of the embosser itself

  • A brief description of the issue

We will compare it with our pre-shipment quality records to determine whether the issue is due to transit damage, user technique, or a factory defect.
In the rare case of a factory defect, we’re happy to offer a free replacement.

⚠️ We cannot offer refunds or remakes for embossing issues that were not present during our final QC check. Embossing quality can also vary depending on paper thickness, surface, and pressure applied during use.
