At PilaWear, we believe every woman deserves to feel confident and stylish, no matter her size. That's why our products are designed to be inclusive for all body types—tall, short, curvy, or petite.

 

Tips for the Perfect Fit:

  • Check Your Measurements: Use a tape measure to get accurate bust, waist, and hip measurements.
  • Follow the Size Chart: Compare your measurements with our size chart to find the size that will give you the most comfortable and flattering fit.
  • In-Between Sizes? If you’re between sizes, consider how you like your clothing to fit. For a snug, form-fitting look, go for the smaller size. For a more relaxed fit, opt for the larger size.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide! Thanks to our strategically located warehouses in Hong Kong and Germany, we'll ship your item from the closest location with your desired color and size in stock

 

If it's not available at the nearest warehouse, we'll ship it from our secondary location, which may take an extra 5-8 days.

How do Exchanges & Returns work ?

We aim to provide high quality products, but if for any reason you don't love something you ordered, it's no problem!

 

Returns: You have 30 days to return your order from date of delivery - the items just need to be in original condition, with tags attached.

 

Exchanges: In the case you'd like to exchange for another size, or colour - feel free to follow the same process as for returns, once we receive the item we'd exchange it and send you the new one.

 

Shipping Fee: Please keep in mind, we cover the costs of shipping to provide a seamless shopping experience. However, for exchanges or refunds, customers are requested to pay for return postage. All profits from these fees support our Pay Fare campaign to ensure fair wages for our fabric suppliers.

What happens if the fabric breaks ?

If your PilaWear fabric breaks within 30 days of purchase, we offer a free replacement. Simply contact our customer service team, and we’ll be happy to assist you with the replacement process.

 

Please note that we will not be responsible for any damage that has occurred due to improper handling, misuse, or accidents. Natural wear and tear over time is expected and not covered under this policy.

Wash and Care

To keep your PilaWear looking its best, follow these care instructions:

  • Machine Wash: Use cold water and a gentle cycle.
  • Detergent: Use a mild detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners.
  • Drying: Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry.
  • Ironing: If needed, iron on a low heat setting. Avoid ironing directly on prints or embellishments.
  • Storing: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.

By following these simple steps, you’ll keep your PilaWear in excellent condition for a long time!

Why is my order taking longer to arrive ?

Your order might be taking longer to arrive due to a few reasons:

  1. Warehouse Location: If the item is not available in the warehouse closest to you, we will ship it from our secondary warehouse, which may take an extra 5-8 days.
  2. High Demand: During peak seasons or sales events, processing and shipping times can be longer due to a higher volume of orders.
  3. Customs and Shipping Delays: International orders might experience delays due to customs inspections or local postal service delays.

You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email. This will allow you to stay calm and ensure you’re kept up to speed on your order’s progress.

Is shipping free or i have to pay extra ?

Shipping is 100% free with our standard shipping option. However, please note that during peak times, such as sales events, some delays may be expected. The current delivery time for standard shipping is 8-12 working days.

 

For those who need their items faster, we offer expedited shipping with insurance for an additional cost. This option provides quicker delivery and extra peace of mind with insured shipments. Choose the shipping method that best suits your needs at checkout.
