We aim to provide high quality products, but if for any reason you don't love something you ordered, it's no problem!
Returns: You have 14 days to return your order from date of delivery - the items just need to be in original condition, with tags attached.
Exchanges: In the case you'd like to exchange for another size, or colour - feel free to follow the same process as for returns, once we receive the item we'd exchange it and send you the new one.
Shipping Fee: Please keep in mind, we cover the costs of shipping to provide a seamless shopping experience. However, for exchanges or refunds, customers are requested to pay for return postage. All profits from these fees support our Pay Fare campaign to ensure fair wages for our fabric suppliers.
